대법, 제자에게 인분 먹인 교수 징역 8년 확정
제자를 무차별 폭행하고 인분까지 먹인 ‘인분교수’에게 중형이 확정.
대법원 3부(주심 김신 대법관)는 폭력행위 등 처벌에 관한 법률위반(상습집단ㆍ흉기 등 상해) 혐의로 구속기소된 장모(53) 전 교수에게 징역 8년을 선고한 원심을 확정.
“장씨가 피해자 A씨에 대한 상해 등 범행과 관련해 범행현장에 없었거나 지시한 사실이 없다고 주장하지만, 원심 판결에 사실을 오인한 잘못이 없다”며 장씨의 상고를 기각.
장 전 교수의 범행에 가담한 장모(25)씨와 정모(28ㆍ여)씨도 각각 징역 4년, 2년의 확정판결.
