특수폭행 혐의로 기소된 청학동 훈장 장모(56)씨에게 징역 6개월에 집행유예 2년을 선고했다.
청학동 훈장인 장씨는 도봉구 한 주택가에서 A씨와 주차 문제로 다투다 분노를 참지 못하고 A씨를 향해 욕설을 퍼부으며 눈을 찌를 듯이 위협.
약 30분을 실랑이하다 다른 곳으로 이동하기 위해 차량에 탔으나 A씨는 사과를 하라며 차량 앞을 가로막았고 장씨는 차량을 그대로 전진하여 A씨를 들이받았다.
이 훈장은 지난 2009년 상해와 업무방해로 벌금형을 받은 전력도 있었다.
